1. Aceptación de Términos

Al acceder y utilizar Tunelo ("la Aplicación"), usted ("el Usuario") acepta estar vinculado por estos Términos y Condiciones. Si no está de acuerdo con alguno de estos términos, por favor no utilice la Aplicación.

2. Descripción del Servicio

Tunelo es una aplicación móvil que permite convertir enlaces de canciones entre diferentes plataformas de streaming musical (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, entre otras). El servicio genera enlaces universales que permiten a los usuarios compartir música con amigos que utilicen diferentes plataformas.

3. Uso del Servicio

3.1 Elegibilidad

  • Debe tener al menos 13 años de edad para usar Tunelo.
  • Es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de su cuenta.

3.2 Uso Permitido

  • Utilizar la Aplicación únicamente para fines legales.
  • No modificar, copiar, distribuir, transmitir, mostrar, ejecutar, reproducir, publicar, licenciar, crear obras derivadas, transferir o vender cualquier información, software, productos o servicios obtenidos de la Aplicación.

3.3 Uso Prohibido

  • Utilizar la Aplicación para cualquier propósito ilegal.
  • Intentar obtener acceso no autorizado a los sistemas de Tunelo.
  • Interferir con el funcionamiento de la Aplicación.
  • Utilizar la Aplicación de manera que pueda dañar, deshabilitar, sobrecargar o perjudicar la Aplicación.

4. Cuentas de Usuario y Registro

4.1 Registro

  • Tunelo v1 no requiere registro obligatorio.
  • El servicio funciona sin necesidad de crear una cuenta.

4.2 Información del Usuario

  • La Aplicación almacena datos localmente en el dispositivo.
  • No recopilamos información personal identificable sin su consentimiento.

5. Propiedad Intelectual

5.1 Derechos de Tunelo

  • Todos los derechos, títulos e intereses sobre la Aplicación son propiedad de Tunelo.
  • El nombre "Tunelo" y relacionados son marcas registradas.

5.2 Contenido de Terceros

  • La Aplicación utiliza APIs de terceros (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music) para funcionar.
  • Los derechos sobre el contenido musical pertenece a las respectivas plataformas y artistas.

6. Privacidad y Protección de Datos

6.1 Recopilación de Datos

  • Tunelo almacena el historial de conversiones localmente en su dispositivo.
  • No recopilamos, almacenamos ni transmitimos datos personales a servidores externos.

6.2 Cookies y Tecnologías Similares

  • La Aplicación no utiliza cookies.
  • No utilizamos tecnologías de seguimiento.

6.3 Datos de Uso

  • No recopilamos datos de uso anónimos para mejorar el servicio.

7. Suscripciones y Pagos

7.1 Plan Gratuito

  • El plan gratuito incluye funcionalidades básicas con limitaciones.

7.2 Plan Pro

  • Tunelo ofrece una suscripción Pro con características adicionales.
  • Los precios y términos de suscripción se muestran en la aplicación.

7.3 Procesamiento de Pagos

  • Las compras se procesan a través de Apple App Store o Google Play Store.
  • Las políticas de reembolso son las de cada plataforma respectiva.

8. Limitación de Responsabilidad

8.1 Servicio "Tal Cual"

  • LA APLICACIÓN SE PROPORCIONA "TAL CUAL" Y "SEGÚN DISPONIBLE".

8.2 Garantías

  • NO GARANTIZAMOS QUE LA APLICACIÓN SEA ININTERRUMPIDA, SEGURA O LIBRE DE ERRORES.

8.3 Daños

  • EN NINGÚN CASO, TUNELO SERÁ RESPONSABLE POR DAÑOS DIRECTOS, INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES, ESPECIALES O CONSECUENTES.

9. Enlaces a Terceros

La Aplicación puede contener enlaces a sitios web de terceros. Tunelo no controla ni endorsa dichos sitios y no seremos responsables por el contenido de estos sitios.

10. Modificaciones

10.1 Cambios a los Términos

  • Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento.
  • Los cambios entrarán en vigor cuando se publiquen en la Aplicación.

10.2 Cambios al Servicio

  • Podemos modificar, suspender o discontinuar cualquier aspecto de la Aplicación en cualquier momento.

11. Terminación

11.1 Terminación por el Usuario

  • Puede dejar de usar la Aplicación en cualquier momento.

11.2 Terminación por Tunelo

  • Podemos terminar su acceso a la Aplicación si viola estos Términos.

12. Ley Aplicable

Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de Estados Unidos, sin importar conflictos de principios legales.

2. Service Description

Tunelo is a mobile application that allows converting song links between different music streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and others). The service generates universal links that allow users to share music with friends using different platforms.

3. Use of the Service

3.1 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Tunelo.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3.2 Permitted Use

  • Use the Application for lawful purposes only.

  • Tunelo v1 does not require mandatory registration.
  • The service works without creating an account.

4.2 User Information

  • The Application stores data locally on your device.
  • We do not collect personally identifiable information without your consent.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Tunelo Rights

  • All rights, title, and interest in the Application are owned by Tunelo.
  • The name "Tunelo" and related marks are trademarks.

5.2 Third-Party Content

  • The Application uses third-party APIs (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music) to function.
  • Rights to musical content belong to the respective platforms and artists.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Data Collection

  • Tunelo stores conversion history locally on your device.

The Application may contain links to third-party websites. Tunelo does not control or endorse such sites and we will not be responsible for the content of such sites.

10. Modifications

10.1 Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  • Changes will take effect when posted in the Application.

10.2 Changes to Service

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Application at any time.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by User

  • You may stop using the Application at any time.

11.2 Termination by Tunelo

  • We may terminate your access to the Application if you violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
